I’m delighted to launch another mini-term of zoom art and craft classes, my doggie Alice has been enjoying them too (although she finds it really difficult to use a scissors… I help her with those bits…and the drawing and painting…oh and all the craft stuff ..ahem ok then… I help her with all of it!).

This time I will be offering a 4 weeks session starting 23rd February running up until Easter school holidays excluding the week of St Patricks day. As before class days are Tuesday or Wednesday or Thursday and will last an hour from 3.00pm-4.00pm or 4.30pm-5.30pm. Booking is essential.
MATERIALS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR COLLECTION OUTSIDE CLONTARF GAA ON SUNDAY 21ST FEBRUARY 2021 FROM 1.00pm – 2.00pm.
WEEK 1 (from Tuesday 23rd Feb)
Watch the birdie….. celebrating spring with paint.
Materials provided – pencil, white paint, red paint, yellow paint, blue paint, black sugar paper, paintbrush, cardboard palette.

WEEK 2 (from Tuesday 2nd Mar)
Chinese style diptych (a dptych is two pictures which compliment each other and form a pair), using permanent marker and pencil to explore a layering effect.
Materials provided – two sheets of tracing paper, black permanent marker, pencil with a rubber, assorted coloured crayons and some drawing aids for younger artists.

WEEK 3 (from Tuesday 9th Mar)
Little box of love to gift to someone special in you life on Sunday 14th March. Great exercise for practicing tricky cutting and folding.
Materials provided – printed card, gold square card, crayons, pencil and marker, bag of special symbols and explanation note to decorate along with a Ferrero Rocher.
NO CLASS THE FOLLOWING WEEK
WEEK 4 (from Tuesday 23rd March)
Easter fun – make a bunny from a sock! no sewing involved…..(yippie)
Materials provided – white sock, coloured sock, cotton balls, stuffing, small elastic bands.
Also included are materials to make a surprise easter chicken from a polystyrene egg.
